3- Quotations and acceptance of the order
All our quotes are without obligation. We are only bound by an order after we have confirmed it in writing or after we have started execution. The product and pricing information, as well as the detailed order information, are prepared and communicated subject to change and correction.
4- Delivery
Products are only delivered in the countries for which the website allows delivery. Unless otherwise agreed, our prices do not include the transport and delivery of the goods to the Buyer. The costs of transport and delivery are stated separately. The stated delivery times are not binding, but are merely given as an indication. No delay in delivery can give rise to the cancellation of the purchase or the payment of damages in favor of the Buyer, except in the case of deliberate delay. We are entitled to make partial deliveries. In the event of non-delivery of the goods, any sums paid by the Buyer shall be refunded without interest or other compensation.
5- Complaints

6- Guarantee
Our warranty is limited to the warranty for hidden defects and the warranty in case of consumer purchase, both provided for in the Civil Code. We are only responsible for damage that is the result of intent or gross error. We are not liable for general or special indirect damage, of whatever nature, suffered by the Buyer.
